Rock Phosphate

Rock phosphate is mined from clay deposits that contain phosphorus and is used to make organic phosphate fertilizers. This nutrient -rich fertilizer work with the soil and the nutrients are then made available to plants at a steady and even rate throughout the growing season.

Nothing substitutes for phosphorus in agriculture. It is essential for plant nutrition and plays a vital role in photosynthesis, energy transfer, root formation, seed formation, plant growth and improvement of quality of fruits and vegetables. Plants absorb large quantities of phosphorus from the soil, and annual application of phosphate fertilizer is needed to maintain productivity of soil.

Rock Phosphate is an excellent natural source of phosphorus, calcium and many essential trace elements.

Rock phosphate can mineralize the soil and improve the quality of crops and soil structure.
